We are now looking for an independent CNC operator to join our team in Katrineholm – with us, you will work in an inclusive environment where development, teamwork, and safety are prioritized.

In this role, you will be responsible for the production and processing of advanced components using CNC-controlled machines. You play a key role in our production flow and work both independently and collaboratively with colleagues to ensure high quality in everything we deliver.

• Set up, program, and monitor CNC machines according to production specifications and drawings

• Perform ongoing quality checks and measurements of the products

• Troubleshoot, maintain, and provide preventive service for the machinery

• Collaborate with the team and contribute to efficient production processes

• Follow established routines regarding quality, work environment, and safety

• Technical education, preferably with a focus on CNC or production technology

• Experience as a CNC operator in industry or manufacturing is an advantage

• Familiarity with reading technical drawings, measurement techniques, and various materials

• Good knowledge of Swedish in both spoken and written form

• Driving license B is desirable

• You are meticulous, responsible, and have a sense of quality

• You have a problem-solving attitude and the ability to work independently

• You adapt quickly to changes and new tasks

• You enjoy collaborating and contributing to a positive work environment

• Regular working hours are 2-shift rotation
